Rachel B. England joined Guin Martin & Mundorf in 2011. She practices in the areas of education law, labor and employment law, litigation, and insurance defense. Before joining the firm, Ms. England practiced with a Kansas City civil litigation firm where she gained experience in commercial litigation, business litigation, class actions, personal injury, and contract and tort matters.
Ms. England graduated cum laude from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. She earned her law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she was a member of the UMKC National Moot Court Team, was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, and completed a summer internship with the Missouri Court of Appeals – Western District. Following law school, Ms. England clerked in the pro se office of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, where she worked on civil rights and habeas corpus matters.
